Rep. Charles Rangel (D, NY) has opened his big mouth and spewed insults about Mississippians.  This is the guy that will now be leading the House Ways and Means Committee.  Great, just great.

Here’s the quote:

Rangel, D-N.Y., was quoted in a Thursday article in The New York Times, saying: "Mississippi gets more than their fair share back in federal money, but who the hell wants to live in Mississippi?"

What an idiot.  Are any other Mississippians offended by this too?  I’m writing a letter to this guy.

Grumble.
